Art is an expression of who I am. Whether it is the feel of a piece of fabric, or a day at the beach, anything in life can give me energy that I express in my painting.

I put my emotions on my canvases. Evoking a sense of peace and calmness in my paintings is how I express myself. Life can be full of so many stresses and distractions but when I paint, that all goes away. I want the person viewing my work to experience those same feelings. Living in Corpus Christi, Texas, I have found great inspiration in nature, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and the water. I love texture, palette knives, metallics and layer upon layer of paint; making the light play with my art and creating a refreshing calmness.

Over the past twenty five years, I have worked closely with my clients to understand and bring their visions to life. Creating this bond allows me to tailor and design my art for a specific feeling a client wants to have in their personal artwork. This has been prevalent in my work displayed in galleries across the country, as well as for private collections.

I have been drawing as long as I can remember. Art is my passion and I feel very blessed being able to express my feelings on canvas; sharing a little bit of myself in my artwork.
